I am the owner of Pyxy Frosted CookieCo. I design, bake, and decorate all the content and product that PyxyFCC offers. My business is based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, where I live with my husband and three amazing teenage daughters.
I have been baking all my life and really got going when I had my three girls. Many times over the nearly past two decades, they have heard about how I would love to own my own bakery. Fast forward to present time, and after retiring from my job in medicine to be at home with them, I re-discovered the world of custom sugar cookies decorated with royal icing. I had always wanted to try doing this but had previously never had the time. After creating my first cookies for Valentine’s Day 2020, I was hooked. Soon thereafter, I learned the cottage food laws in Wisconsin had recently changed and I could start a bakery business out of my home, and Pyxy Frosted CookieCo was born.
I would love to have you use my cookies to celebrate milestone events like weddings, birthdays, baby showers, holidays, and any other occasion. Custom sugar cookies make great personalized gifts and promotional items as they can be given as single cookies, boxed sets, and bouquets. Especially in light of current world conditions (I mean you, COVID-19), all my cookies are produced with food handling safety in mind. They come in heat-sealed, food-safe bags.
